Summary: The staff members are extremely polite and always ready to help. From the moment I checked in, they greeted me with warm smiles. Whenever I had a question or a request, they responded promptly and efficiently. It made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they delivered them to my room within minutes.

Summary: it was clean and the staff service was great. We extended our stay at Hilton as our flights were canceled and the staff at reception helped us to extend our stay. The information counter staff also provided excellent assistance when we enquired about the transportation around Urumqi. I would definitely choose to stay at Hilton for my next holiday trip!

Summary: Shower was excellent. The hotel is in a very quiet area, next to a park, and felt a little isolated, being quite far from the city centre. Breakfast was prohibitively expensive.

Summary: Top notch!! Five stars in every way. Likely the best hotel in Urumqi. The only drawback, if I am critical, is its location. It is a bit far away from the center of town, which is abt 10-11 km away.
